I'm excited to get your coffee to you! Here’s what you need to know about shipping.

Where I Ship

We ship anywhere in Canada. Right now, I don’t ship internationally, but that’s on my list for the future.

Order Processing

  • I usually process orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email — sometimes with tracking so you can follow your beans’ journey.

Shipping Times

  • Delivery across Canada usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the rate of shipping chosen at postage.

  • Please Note - Nessy's is not responsible due to delays caused by carriers

Carrier Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and where it’s going in Canada.

Damaged or Missing Packages

I carefully pack every order, but occasionally something goes wrong in transit. If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up:

  1. Email me at hello@nessyscoffee.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos if the package is damaged.
